OUR HISTORY
NGO “Diia in Ukraine” brings together active citizens committed to developing civil society, promoting government transparency, and supporting volunteer initiatives. Since its establishment, the organization has implemented social, educational, and humanitarian projects, supporting local communities, medical institutions, and military personnel. During the war, we have focused on providing assistance to those facing difficult life circumstances.
MISSION & VALUES
The mission of NGO “Diia in Ukraine” is to foster an active civil society, protect rights and freedoms, promote transparent governance, and cultivate a culture of responsibility. The organization supports socially important initiatives, conducts educational programs, and provides humanitarian assistance to military personnel, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and communities facing difficult circumstances.
OUR TEAM
Nazar Ozeryanskyi
Chairman of the Organization
Conducts cardiac surgery consultations and examinations for patients across Ukraine, including in frontline regions. Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, he has been raising funds for vehicles for the military and delivering medicines to frontline and high-risk areas.

Kateryna Honcharova
Journalist, Volunteer
A journalist with 11 years of professional experience. She has worked for leading national media outlets and specializes in healthcare and tourism topics. She is the author of the communication strategy for the “Medical Landing Team” project, which provides preventive medical examinations in the regions. She also manages communications and organizational support for NGO “Diia in Ukraine.” Since the first days of the war, she has coordinated the delivery of targeted humanitarian aid and medicines in her spare time.

Oleh Polishchuk
Board Member
A corporate governance expert and legal professional with more than 25 years of experience. A volunteer since 2014 and a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale war, he participated in the defense of the Kyiv region and combat operations in the Donetsk region. At NGO “Diia in Ukraine,” he focuses on transparent governance, national recovery, and the promotion of ethical leadership.
Mykola Kulikov
Pilot, 3D Designer
A pilot of both civil and military transport aviation and a volunteer since 2014. He coordinates international humanitarian aid, logistics, and the delivery of assistance to liberated territories. He also organized the production of 3D-printed equipment and supplies for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
